Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born October 17 1992) is an acclaimed Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil films as well as Telugu films along with a handful of Malayalam. She received the National Film Award for Best Actress for portraying the role of actress Savitri on the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). The other awards she received comprise three SIIMA Awards, a Filmfare Award South, and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar Suresh is the actor Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. The career of Keerthy began in the 2000s when she was a child actor. Her return into the industry of film after studying the field of fashion. She played her debut main role as a lead in Geethaanjali (2013 Malayalam). She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In the year 2015, Keerthy accepted her first projects outside of Malayalam and signed up to appear in several Tamil films at the same time. Even though the film was not a success at the box-office, her debut film came from A. L. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2005), which she starred in opposite Vikramprabhu. In order to accommodate bigger projects because of her busy schedule, she was forced to opt to not participate in certain films which she started to work on. The films included were Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a romance) and Deekay's Kavalaivendam. For a short period of time, she worked with Sivakarthikeyan on Rajini Murugan, Remo and was also the lead actor in Prabhu Sool's Thodari with Dhanush. She made her Telugu debut was planned in the form of Ainaa Ishtam nuvvu. The movie's release was pushed back in the year 2015, and now is expected to occur after September in 2020. It'll have an alternative title Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja was released in 2016 and starred in the role of actor Ram Pothineni.
